No, you need to update your own bank account details ONLY. Also, the same will be verified by the admin. If the account information is found to be someone else’s, then the change request will be rejected.

E-Wallet is a virtual wallet that you can use to pay for buying PINs and products. You can buy PINs, do shopping or request withdrawal of money to be paid to your bank account from your E-wallet.

Yes, you can purchase a PIN using E- wallet. This PIN can be used to make new joining.
When you check your e-wallet there will be an option "Click Here for Payment Request" click on that and select withdrawal type NEFT and mention the amount and submit. The process will be done though Company.
Company processes all withdrawal requests every Tuesday morning. Thus, all withdrawal request received by Monday night will be processed for that week on Tuesday. Money will be credited into your bank account by Thursday.
Yes, you can withdraw any amount which is over and above Rs 100.
Yes, company provides a facility for auto withdrawal wherein your balance in E-wallet on every Monday will be processed on Tuesday. Company charges a processing fee of 3% of withdrawal/commission amount for using this facility. Also, minimum withdrawal amount every week should be more than Rs 500 to qualify for auto processing. If the amount is less than Rs 500, it will be carrying forward in E-wallet to next week.

The company has franchises and pickup centres spread across various locations in India. Orders can be created, paid and products can be picked from these locations.
When you receive the consignment, you must put your LifeIs Business Owner number, your registered mobile number and your signature on the receipt document of the respective courier service provider. Also, check that your product is received in good condition.

The payment you have made for your order already includes the Value Added Tax as well as the delivery costs. However, depending on your location there could be Octroi or Road Tax that may be applicable, which shall be collected by the delivery courier at the time of delivery. You should make the payment of the same, if applicable, and obtain a receipt from the delivery courier. You should not make payment for any other charges. In case the payment of Octroi or Road Tax is applicable but not paid, the delivery courier shall refuse delivery and return the package to the company. The company shall debit the costs of return delivery and the Octroi / Road tax to your account.

Yes, commission working will be calculated on the basis of money received and dispatches. If order returns /or is cancelled then Commission paid on such sales would be adjusted against any future commission payable.
If a product is out of stock, you will be intimated of the same at the time of placing an order and order won’t be accepted. You should never disclose your PIN number to anyone and to find out any information regarding your PIN, tell your card number associated with that PIN
Transaction password is additional security control which is used to protect your confidential information like bank account withdrawal requests, Valid PINs etc. You can create or change your transaction password anytime by going to ‘Profile Tools’ tab and clicking on ‘Transaction Password’. Here, you can create or change your transaction password.

No, PIN is required only for joining member. Once you join, you can do normal shopping from the website by clicking Shopping menu and adding product you want to buy in your Shopping cart. You can pay for shopping by E-wallet, Cash deposit in bank, Draft, Net-banking or Credit/ Debit card.

Repurchase vouchers is a kind of vouchers where you can use it for your shopping purpose, for voucher 10% will be deducted from your Speed Sales Incentive Income, which has One Year Validity. While doing shopping you can select your vouchers and do your shopping.
